Description:

The digital marketing analyst is a data-focused role helping with both internal and external marketing projects. On any given day, you’ll be involved in management, reporting, analysis and optimization for a variety of projects and campaigns spanning google search, social media, email, and ecommerce. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll have a direct impact on bolstering our performance-based approach to creating, executing and optimizing marketing programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with department head on managing and executing marketing campaigns across diverse platforms and clients
  • Generate regular campaign reports and deliver to clients
  • Monitor performance of ongoing campaigns and identify and present opportunities for growth
  • Assist with Google search campaigns, including keyword research and account structure
  • Suggest recommendations for improvement or tests
  • Learn and contribute to creative and marketing strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, mathematics, statistics or similarly-focused subject
  • 0-2 years of marketing, advertising or data analytics experience
  • Working knowledge of paid digital advertising, social media, or SEO/SEM best practices
  • Platform familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, MailChimp, or Google Analytics and AdWords preferred
  • Campaign management, analytics, A/B testing or conversion rate optimization experience a plus
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a quickly-changing, collaborative environment
  • Effective writing, problem solving, communication and analytical skills
  • Must be organized, extremely detail oriented and eager to learn
  • Agency experience preferred
